Chongqing Jian 'an Instrument Co., LTD., currently has 3 elevators in 201 workshop, 205 workshop and 211 workshop, which need to be dismantled and updated。The supplier is responsible for the demolition of the old elevator, the design, manufacture, transportation, loading and unloading, installation (including the construction foundation and the wall painting of the machine room), commissioning, certificate processing, special equipment testing, acceptance, maintenance, after-sales service, personnel training and other work。This project is a turnkey project。

1.6 Warranty period: Core components (traction machine, control drive system, door system, buffer, upstream overspeed protection device, speed limiter, safety clamp) free warranty for 10 years，Free warranty for 2 years，Free maintenance for 2 years，From the date the final acceptance document is signed;During the warranty period, maintenance shall be carried out in strict accordance with TSG T5002-2017 "Elevator Maintenance Rules" and the maintenance requirements of Jianan Company。
2. Supplier qualification requirements
2.If the supplier is a manufacturer, it shall be established according to law and meet the following requirements:
(1) The elevator manufacturer legally registered in China, with the legal person capacity to independently bear civil liability, with a valid business license registration period of more than 10 years。
(2) With a valid "Special Equipment Production License of the People's Republic of China", permitted items: elevator manufacturing (including installation, repair, transformation) qualifications。
(3) Have a valid ISO45001, ISO14001 certification。
(4) The manufacturer has a good financial position in the past three years and is not insolvent, and it is required to provide the balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement for the past three years。
(5) Reputation requirements
① On the deadline of response, the manufacturer was not included in the list of persons subject to enforcement of dishonesty, parties to major tax law cases, and the list of records of serious illegal and dishonest acts of government procurement。(Provided credit on China website (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and the Chinese Government Procurement website (www.ccgp.gov.cn) The query results of the above content are printed and stamped with official seal)

2.If the supplier is an agent, it shall be established according to law and meet the following requirements:
(1) Legally registered in the territory of China, with the ability to independently bear civil liability of the legal person, with a valid business license registration period of more than 3 years, registered capital of more than 5 million yuan。Agents shall not entrust other units as elevator installation units。
(2) With a valid "Special Equipment Production License of the People's Republic of China", permitted items: elevator installation (including repair) qualification。
(3) The elevator manufacturer's authorized distributor (agent) has a unique sales authorization letter for this project。
(4) The agent has a good financial position in the past three years, no insolvency phenomenon, and needs to provide the balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement in the past three years。
(5) The agent shall also provide a copy of the following qualification materials of the manufacturer and affix the manufacturer's official seal:
① Elevator manufacturers legally registered in China, with independent civil liability capacity of legal person, with a valid business license registration period of more than 10 years。
② With a valid "Special Equipment Production License of the People's Republic of China", permitted items: elevator manufacturing (including installation, repair, transformation) qualifications。
③ With valid ISO45001, ISO14001 certification。

3. The method of determining the supplier of the transaction
This project adopts the comprehensive scoring method。The negotiating team will score the response documents that meet the substantive requirements of the procurement documents comprehensively, and recommend three candidate suppliers in order of score from high to low。
4. Time and method of registration
4.1 Deadline for registration: 2023 7  月 26  日 16  时止。
4.2 Registration Method

Agent registration: The agent's business license stamped with the official seal of the unit and the elevator manufacturer's unique sales authorization letter for this project, scanned and sent to the mailbox listed in this announcement。
5. Acquisition of purchasing documents
The procurement documents will be sent by Jian 'an Company via E-mail to the suppliers who have passed the qualification application (registration requirements)。
6. Matters needing attention
After receiving the procurement document, the supplier shall carefully read and fully understand all the instructions, conditions, formats and terms in the procurement document. If the response document of the supplier does not meet the requirements of the procurement document, the response document will be rejected and deemed invalid。
