1. Procurement project overview

1.2. Purchase scope: PTW radiation dosimeter (reference level dosimeter) 1 set, including 1 dosimeter host, 2 ionization chamber detectors of different ranges, 1 20m extension cable, the supplier is responsible for completing the import agent, packaging and transportation, personnel training and other work of the instrument。The instrument must be completely new (including all parts, components and accessories)。The main technical indicators are as follows:

1.Delivery time: Delivery within 90 days after signing the contract。
1.4 Warranty period: After the final acceptance of the whole machine warranty is not less than 1 year。

2. Supplier qualification requirements
Suppliers shall be established by law and meet the following requirements:
2.The supplier shall be an agent of imported products registered in the People's Republic of China with independent legal personality, and shall provide a valid business license with official seal. The agent shall provide agency documents with official seal。
2.2 The supplier shall provide the sales performance of at least 2 radiation dosimeters from January 1, 2019 to the deadline of response (provide the copy of the bid winning/transaction notice or relevant pages of the contract)。
2.3 The supplier has been in good financial condition for the past three years and is not bankrupt or insolvent, providing the balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement for 2020, 2021 and 2022, or providing a letter of undertaking that the supplier has been in good financial condition for the past three years and is not bankrupt or insolvent。
2.4 Reputation Requirements

3. The method of determining the supplier of the transaction
This project adopts the lowest price method。After multiple rounds of communication and negotiation with the construction unit, the negotiation team will evaluate the final offer of the construction unit and recommend three candidates for transaction according to the order of final offer from low to high。
